  TVS Capital Funds Promotes Gaurav Sekhri to Partner

  Domestic private equity firm TVS Capital Funds has promoted Gaurav Sekhri to the position of Partner, effective May 22, 2023. Sekhri, who joined the fund six years ago, has been spearheading the firm's B2B services investment vertical. During his tenure, he played an instrumental role in driving key growth-stage bets, including investments in supply chain solutions provider LEAP India, insurtech unicorn Digit Insurance, and SaaS firm Increff. Prior to TVS Capital, Sekhri held investment and financial roles at Piramal Group, SBI Global Markets, ICICI Bank, and Bank of America, bringing extensive equity market expertise to the leadership team.

  EV Logistics Startup Zyngo Secures $5 Million in Pre-Series A Round

  Gurugram-based electric vehicle logistics startup Zyngo EV Mobility has secured $5 million in a Pre-Series A funding round led by Delta Corp Holdings. Existing investor LC Nueva Investment Partners also participated in the financing round. Founded in January 2020 by Prateek Rao, Zyngo provides tech-enabled third-party last-mile delivery solutions across B2B and B2C segments using an all-electric fleet. The company plans to use the freshly raised capital to expand its EV fleet size, enter new geographical markets across India, and upgrade its proprietary logistics technology stack to improve intra-city delivery efficiency.
