Bengaluru-based 10-minute food delivery startup Swish is raising ₹224.54 crore (around $24 million) in an extended Series B round led by Bertelsmann India. The fundraise will also see participation from existing investors Bain Capital Ventures, Accel, and Hara Global. Swish’s board approved the issuance of 4,123 Series B2 CCPS at ₹5,44,616 per share. Founded in 2024 by Aniket Shah, Ujjwal Sukheja, and Saran S, Swish operates a vertically integrated model of proprietary cloud kitchens to deliver meals within a 1-km radius. It previously raised $38 million in March.
