Venture capital firm A91 Partners has invested approximately Rs 143 crore in consumer appliances startup Atomberg and offloaded shares worth Rs 445 crore, according to the company's draft red herring prospectus. A91 deployed Rs 118 crore in primary capital alongside Rs 25 crore in secondary purchases since leading Atomberg's Series A round in 2019. Despite the partial exit, A91 remains the largest shareholder with a 21.02% stake. Atomberg's founders Manoj Meena and Sibabrata Das, along with early backer Parampara Early Stage Opportunities Fund, also sold portions of their equity in secondary deals totaling Rs 683 crore.
