ABP Education Leads Seed Funding Round in AI Tutoring Startup YoLearn.ai

Noida-based voice-first AI tutoring platform YoLearn.ai has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round led by ABP Education, the education arm of ABP Group. The edtech startup previously raised $500,000 in pre-seed funding at a $5 million valuation from DataAlpha.ai, White Swan Global, and angel investors. Founded in January 2025 by Kirti Prakash Mishra, YoLearn.ai enables K-12 students to scan textbook codes and interact with AI tutors across 22 Indian languages. Through this partnership, ABP Group’s Headword Publishing and KIPS Learning will integrate AI tutors into textbooks across 25,000 schools nationwide.
