Adani Airport Holdings has secured approximately $1 billion in fresh equity investment from global and domestic institutional investors, including Temasek, BlackRock-managed funds, Alpha Wave Global, and Premji Invest. The transaction values the airport operator at $18 billion pre-money and nearly $19 billion post-money. Under the terms, the consortium will acquire a 5.54% stake in three tranches through July 2027. Adani Airports, which manages Mumbai International Airport and seven others, plans to use the capital to expand commercial infrastructure, modernise terminals, and increase annual capacity to 200 million passengers.
