Adani Group's flagship entity, Adani Enterprises, has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with US-based electronics manufacturer Jabil Inc to form a 50:50 joint venture. The proposed partnership will focus on manufacturing and assembling artificial intelligence and data centre hardware in India. Equipment will include AI server racks, servers, storage units, networking equipment, and power and cooling systems. The joint venture aims to cater to surging domestic data centre demand alongside international export markets, integrating Adani's infrastructure and energy capabilities with Jabil's engineering and manufacturing expertise, subject to regulatory approvals.
