Global software giant Adobe has acquired Indian artificial intelligence automation startup Rilo, less than a year after its launch. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Founded in September 2025 by IIT Bombay alumni Dhruv Jaglan and Georgi Boby, Rilo built a platform allowing users to automate complex workflows across multiple tools using plain English prompts. The startup had amassed over 10,000 users and previously raised seed funding from Peak XV Partners, Z47, and DeVC at an estimated $10 million valuation. This marks Adobe's second Indian acquisition following Rephrase.ai in 2023.
