AI infrastructure startup Simplismart has raised $14 million (around ₹133 crore) in a Series B round led by Dallas Venture Capital, which invested nearly $5 million. The round also saw participation from NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC, Micromax, and angel investors. Founded in 2022 by Amritanshu Jain and Devansh Ghatak, Simplismart provides a software layer between AI models and GPU infrastructure to optimize inference speed and costs. The startup will use the fresh capital to expand across North America, advance its AI inference platform, and develop dynamic GPU scheduling to match computing workloads across global time zones.
