Arrowhead AI Unveils Fletch Multilingual Voice Model for Customer Calls

Bengaluru-based voice AI startup Arrowhead AI has launched Fletch, an in-house text-to-speech model built for multilingual customer conversations across India and Southeast Asia. The model supports 14 languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Malay, and English, with the capability to code-mix and switch languages mid-sentence. Fletch operates at sub-100 millisecond latency and incorporates 12 distinct emotional vocal styles such as empathetic, calm, and firm. Trained on curated regional speech datasets, Fletch already powers over one million calls daily across sales, debt collections, renewals, and customer support interactions for enterprise clients.
