Ather Energy Turns Profitable in Q2 With ₹1.3 Crore Net Profit

Electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ather Energy posted a consolidated net profit of ₹1.3 crore in the September quarter, recovering from a net loss of ₹154.1 crore in the year-ago period. Operating revenue surged 62.9% year-on-year to ₹1,464.2 crore, up 20.3% sequentially from ₹1,216.9 crore. Ather's total income reached ₹1,527 crore, supported by ₹62.7 crore in other income. Alongside its financial results, the company announced an investment of ₹122 crore to expand annual manufacturing capacity by 2.25 lakh units across its Hosur plant and an upcoming facility in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar by December 2026.
