Atomberg files DRHP for Rs 450 crore IPO fresh issue

Consumer appliance maker Atomberg Technologies has filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI for an initial public offering. The issue includes a fresh issue of up to Rs 450 crore alongside an offer for sale of up to 7.65 crore shares by investors including A91 Partners, Temasek-backed V-Sciences, Jungle Ventures, and Inflexor Ventures. Atomberg plans to allocate Rs 90 crore toward debt repayment, Rs 150 crore for brand awareness and marketing, and Rs 100 crore for research and development. Founded by Manoj Meena and Sibabrata Das, the startup manufactures smart fans, mixer grinders, and related appliances.
