Atomberg Shareholders Offload Rs 683 Crore Stake via Secondary Sales

Consumer appliances startup Atomberg disclosed in its draft red herring prospectus that early investors, founders, and shareholders offloaded shares worth approximately Rs 683 crore via secondary transactions since 2019. A91 Emerging Fund I LLP was the largest seller, offloading shares worth around Rs 445 crore, while Parampara Early Stage Opportunities Fund sold about Rs 116 crore. Co-founders Manoj Kumar Meena and Sibabrata Das sold stakes worth Rs 40.2 crore and Rs 31.4 crore, respectively. Temasek-backed entities Jongsong Investments and V-Sciences Investments acquired shares worth Rs 187 crore and Rs 132 crore, alongside Inflexor-linked funds.
