Awfis Q2 FY27 Profit Surges 93% To Rs 30.8 Crore

Co-working solutions provider Awfis Space Solutions reported strong financial results for Q2 FY27, with net profit surging 93% year-on-year to Rs 30.8 crore compared to Rs 16 crore in the year-ago period. Operating revenue increased 20% to Rs 439 crore, up from Rs 367 crore in Q2 FY26. For the first half of FY27, overall revenue reached Rs 863.6 crore. Co-working operations contributed Rs 363.6 crore, representing over 83% of operating revenue, while construction and fit-out projects brought in Rs 75.2 crore. Operating expenses rose to Rs 433 crore.
