Awfis Q2 Net Profit Jumps 93% to ₹31 Crore, Revenue Up 20%

Coworking space provider Awfis reported a 92.8% year-on-year surge in consolidated net profit to ₹30.8 crore for Q2 FY27, up from ₹16 crore in the same period last fiscal year. Sequentially, net profit rose 28.5% from ₹24 crore. Operating revenue grew 19.6% year-on-year to ₹438.7 crore compared to ₹366.9 crore in Q2 FY26. Total income reached ₹464.3 crore, supported by ₹25.6 crore in other income. Total expenses increased 15% year-on-year to ₹433 crore. Total comprehensive income for the quarter stood at ₹30.6 crore after accounting for ₹44.2 lakh in tax expenses.
