Bajaj Finance has acquired a 5% stake in Delhi-NCR-based AI video generation platform TrueFan AI for an undisclosed amount. The investment was made under Bajaj Finserv’s applied research initiative, Finserv Intelligence, aimed at developing scalable, home-grown high-tech solutions. Bajaj Finance has previously used TrueFan AI’s platform to generate millions of personalised videos for customer engagement and dealer enablement. The partnership will help the non-banking financial company integrate AI-driven video creation, multilingual communication, and marketing automation across its digital ecosystem. TrueFan AI previously raised nearly $15 million, including a $10 million Series A round.
