The strategic investment was executed under Finserv Intelligence, an initiative by Bajaj Finserv designed to back early-stage deeptech startups spanning AI, cybersecurity, and quantum technologies. The deal follows Bajaj Finance's large-scale internal deployment of TrueFan's generative AI platform to create millions of personalized customer and dealer engagement videos. Bajaj Finance plans to further leverage TrueFan's technology to deepen automation and hyper-personalization across its financial services ecosystem.
