Bengaluru-based quantum computing and artificial intelligence startup QpiAI has raised ₹50 crore in debt funding from InnoVen Capital. According to regulatory filings with the Registrar of Companies, the startup issued 5,000 non-convertible debentures carrying a 13.85% annual coupon maturing in December 2028. Founded in 2019 by Nagendra Nagaraja, QpiAI builds quantum hardware and enterprise AI platforms for drug discovery, manufacturing, and materials science. The firm previously raised $32 million in Series A funding led by Avataar Ventures and the National Quantum Mission, valuing the deeptech startup at around ₹2,050 crore ($215 million).
