Bengaluru Startup Drizz Deploys Vision AI Agent for Mobile App Testing

Bengaluru-based software testing startup Drizz is developing an artificial intelligence agent called Fathom to streamline mobile app testing. Founded by CEO Asad Abrar and CTO Yash Varyani in 2024, the company uses vision models to interpret app screens and run automated tests directly from natural-language instructions. Unlike traditional automation tools like Appium that rely on internal element identifiers and frequently break during user interface redesigns, Fathom visually navigates applications. Drizz's internal benchmarks, however, show reliable execution remains a challenge across diverse real-world app environments.
