Fintech major BharatPe has introduced an Agentic AI assistant within its BharatPe for Business application to support merchants during the festive season. Developed using Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, the tool operates as a 24x7 intelligent digital assistant capable of task execution, proactive follow-ups, and issue flagging. The system aims to minimize merchant support handling times and streamline routine business operations. Concurrently, enterprise AI startup RapidCanvas secured $29 million in Series B funding led by Vertex Ventures SEA & India, alongside Hitachi Ventures, Accel, and Peak XV.
