Delhi-based B2B e-commerce platform Bijnis has rebranded as Zorit and raised ₹27 crore in fresh funding led by Sparrow Capital. Existing investors Info Edge, WaterBridge Ventures, and Better Capital participated alongside angel investors including Shaadi.com founder Anupam Mittal and Shiprocket's founders. Moving away from its original long-tail marketplace model, Zorit now operates an inventory-led quick-commerce network delivering wholesale stock to neighbourhood retailers in under 60 minutes via local dark stores. The startup currently runs 12 dark stores across 12 cities, generating ₹120 crore in annualised sales, and plans to use the capital to expand local fulfillment.
