Food and Indian meals brand Biryani Bees has raised $1 million in funding from the Vivek Oberoi Family Office. Incubated by Wolfpack Labs and founded by Nitin Tiwari, the startup operates on a central-kitchen-led model to maintain uniform food quality and pricing. Biryani Bees currently runs three outlets in Uttar Pradesh and reports an annual revenue run rate of around Rs 25 crore with operational profitability. The fresh capital will be used to expand its footprint to 10 outlets across Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, strengthen kitchen infrastructure, and prepare for institutional fundraising.
