Bengaluru-based D2C athleisure startup BlissClub has secured ₹160 crore ($16.8 million) in a Series B funding round led by Singularity AMC with a ₹70 crore investment. Meesho co-founder Vidit Aatrey contributed ₹50 crore for a 6.94% stake, while existing investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures invested ₹24.66 crore and ₹15.33 crore, respectively. The funding values BlissClub at approximately ₹860 crore ($91 million), marking a 62% increase from its Series A valuation. The company plans to utilize the fresh capital to expand into new product categories, scale its offline retail footprint, and strengthen hiring.
