Early backer Blue Ashva Capital has exited ready-to-cook fresh food brand iD Fresh Food by offloading its entire stake in a ₹50 crore secondary transaction. The deal saw approximately 1% equity change hands and was co-led by Upsurge India, Triumph Global Fund, and White Whale Ventures, with Upsurge India originating and leading the transaction. Blue Ashva Capital founder Satya Bansal noted the exit provides liquidity for its first-vintage fund, allowing the firm to redirect capital toward deeptech investments. iD Fresh Food holds a 60% to 65% market share in fresh batter across India and the Gulf.
