boAt FY26 Profit Jumps 38% to ₹85 Crore as Wearables Turn Profitable

Consumer electronics brand boAt reported a 38% increase in profit after tax to ₹84.5 crore for FY26, up from ₹61.1 crore in FY25. The profit growth occurred despite operating revenue dipping 5% year-on-year to ₹2,931 crore. Bottom-line performance was driven by cost optimizations, reduced warranty expenses, and lower finance costs of ₹7.9 crore. The company repaid ₹60 crore in borrowings to become debt-free with cash reserves of ₹397 crore. Notably, boAt’s smart wearables division turned profitable, recording a ₹7 crore segment profit compared to a ₹54 crore loss in FY25.
