boAt Net Profit Jumps 38% to Rs 84.5 Crore in FY26

D2C consumer electronics brand boAt reported a 38% year-on-year increase in profit after tax to Rs 84.5 crore for FY26, up from Rs 61.1 crore in FY25. However, revenue from operations dropped 4.6% to Rs 2,931 crore, marking its third consecutive year of top-line contraction. boAt improved its return on capital employed to 15.2% as wearables turned profitable with Rs 7 crore profit. Warranty expenses fell 30% to Rs 57.5 crore, while inventory dropped 10% to Rs 294 crore. The company closed FY26 with Rs 397 crore in cash reserves and zero debt.
