Bounce Restarts EV Rentals, Nears 14,000 Fleet and Turns EBITDA Profitable

Bengaluru-based electric mobility startup Bounce has restarted its scooter rental business, deploying nearly 14,000 self-manufactured electric two-wheelers with plans to scale to 20,000 soon. Targeting gig and delivery workers under its Bounce Daily vertical, the rental business operates at an annualized revenue run rate of approximately $15 million. Bounce reported Rs 44.05 crore in consolidated operating revenue for FY26, with rentals contributing 81% or Rs 35.78 crore. The company posted Rs 9.59 crore in consolidated EBITDA and achieved group-level profitability, recording a PAT margin of around 19% in July.
