Hunger Pangs, the parent company of pan-Asian restaurant chain Burma Burma, has filed its draft red herring prospectus with SEBI for an initial public offering. The issue includes a fresh issue of up to ₹150 crore and an offer for sale of up to 2.8 crore equity shares. Promoters Ankit Gupta and Chirag Chhajer will sell up to 60 lakh shares each. The company plans to use ₹117.3 crore of fresh proceeds to launch 27 company-owned restaurants across FY28 and FY29, expanding beyond its current 22 outlets across nine cities.
