CapitaLand Investment Limited, through CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT) and the CapitaLand India Data Centre Fund, has announced a planned ₹1,940 crore investment to build a 53 MW gross power data centre in Ambattur, Chennai. CapitaLand Data Centre Chennai 01 will feature 34 MW of IT capacity across 13 data halls and a dedicated 110 kV substation, targeting completion by late 2026. The facility follows CLINT's 108 MW Navi Mumbai data centre and expands CLI's digital infrastructure footprint in Tamil Nadu to support enterprise and hyperscaler compute demand.
