CBI Files FIR Against BluSmart Founders Over IREDA Loan Fraud

The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered an FIR against Gensol Engineering, Gensol EV Lease, and BluSmart founders Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi. The case involves the alleged diversion and misappropriation of loans sanctioned by state-run IREDA. The complaint, filed on July 23 by IREDA nodal officer Jagdeep Singh, followed forensic audits submitted in January 2026. The audits revealed estimated loan diversions of ₹225.89 crore at Gensol Engineering and ₹64.87 crore at Gensol EV Lease. The agency has invoked criminal conspiracy, cheating, and forgery charges.
