Bengaluru-based childcare startup Maasi has secured Rs 6 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by Better Capital, with participation from Antler India. Angel backers include Rapido founder Rishikesh SR and Shadowfax founder Vaibhav Khandelwal. Founded by Aashu Manchali, Gargi Pandey, and Reshov Roy, Maasi trains and manages caregivers to provide verified in-home childcare. The startup offers on-demand nannies starting at Rs 199 per hour alongside monthly subscription packages. Maasi plans to deploy the capital to scale caregiver recruitment, enhance its technology platform, and expand operations across Bengaluru after serving over 1,200 parents.
