Clean tech startup YOGa Clean Air raised ₹20 crore ($2.1 million) in its Series A round led by Info Edge Ventures, marking its first external fundraise. The round saw participation from Zomato founder Deepinder Goyal and Three Words Capital, split equally between ₹10 crore in primary capital and ₹10 crore in secondary transactions. Founded by Sachin Panwar, Deepak Raina, and Gaurav Nagar, YOGa builds whole-building indoor air-quality systems. The company plans to expand to Tier-I and Tier-II cities, target public transport systems, and reach ₹100 crore in revenue.
