Ghaziabad-based climatetech startup Minus Degre is converting recycled plastic waste into a durable composite material branded as Eco-Panel. Founded in 2021 by brothers Rahul Vashukhi and Vikash Kumar after leaving corporate careers, the company manufactures customized products for business and consumer applications, including furniture, commercial interior panels, and everyday utility goods. Operating a 16,000-square-foot manufacturing plant with a 15-member team, Minus Degre has recycled over 300 tonnes of plastic waste to date. The startup collects, segregates, and processes discarded packaging materials to provide sustainable alternatives to traditional manufacturing materials across diverse domestic industries.
