Cognizant has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Australia-based SAP services provider DyFlex Solutions for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition enhances Cognizant's SAP and artificial intelligence capabilities across Australia and New Zealand. Founded in 2011, DyFlex employs over 300 professionals across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines, offering SAP cloud consulting across supply chain, finance, and human resources. Cognizant plans to integrate DyFlex’s regional expertise with proprietary AI tools, including its Neuro AI Enterprise Core and SAP Agentic AI Platform, helping enterprise clients deploy agentic workflows across core business systems in mining, energy, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
