Somasundaram noted that agentic AI operates with intent by identifying tasks, coordinating across specialized agents, and delivering outcomes autonomously. He emphasized that future competitive advantage will not rely solely on advanced foundation models, but on richer enterprise context, stronger security guardrails, and agentic engineering practices that manage complex workflows across banking, cybersecurity, and software architecture.
