The capital injection comprises ₹69 crore in equity from IvyCap Ventures and existing backers, alongside over ₹30 crore in venture debt from Trifecta Capital, Alteria Capital, and VentureSoul Partners. CureBay plans to deploy the fresh capital to expand its geographical footprint across India, strengthen its healthcare delivery network, and accelerate the development of its technology infrastructure and artificial intelligence capabilities.
