Bengaluru-based D2C fitness and sportswear startup Boldfit has raised ₹400 crore ($41.8 million) in Series B funding from Bharat Value Fund, a Category II AIF managed by Pantomath Group’s The Wealth Company Alternates. Founded in 2018 by Pallav Bihani, Boldfit offers athletic footwear, performance sportswear, and fitness equipment to over 2 crore annual consumers. The newly acquired capital will fund offline retail expansion, product innovation, domestic manufacturing capabilities, and selective strategic acquisitions. This fresh infusion brings Boldfit’s cumulative funding past ₹510 crore, following an earlier ₹110 crore investment from Bessemer Venture Partners.
