Bengaluru-based direct-to-consumer skincare brand Asaya has raised Rs 88 crore ($9.2 million) in a funding round comprising primary and secondary capital. The round saw participation from RPSG Capital, OTP Ventures, Huddle Ventures, Hyperscale Ventures, and 72 Ventures at a post-money valuation of Rs 400 crore. Founded in 2021 by Neeraj Biyani, Eeti Sharma, and Mandeep Singh Bhatia, Asaya specializes in science-backed skincare targeting hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone in Indian skin types. The company plans to deploy the capital towards research and development, product portfolio expansion, offline and online distribution channels, and hiring new talent.
