Hyderabad-headquartered human capital management platform Darwinbox has raised an undisclosed follow-on investment from Teachers' Venture Growth (TVG), the growth investment arm of the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. This marks TVG's second investment in the SaaS unicorn following its initial backing in 2025. Founded in 2015, Darwinbox serves over 1,400 enterprises and 4.5 million employees globally across India, Southeast Asia, North America, and the Middle East, clocking a 70% CAGR over five years. The company recently launched Darwinbox Cortex, an AI-native HCM platform, to accelerate enterprise workflow automation.
