According to a report by specialist investment bank Ostara Advisors, India’s climate-tech and deep-tech investments are set to surge in 2027. Capital deployment is shifting toward energy security, domestic manufacturing, energy storage, green-asset financing, and energy-efficient data centre infrastructure. The report highlights emerging opportunities across carbon markets, green hydrogen, nuclear power, and cooling systems supporting artificial intelligence build-outs. Furthermore, Series A and Series B startups are expected to access a deeper pool of domestic capital over the next 12 to 18 months through new India-domiciled growth funds and state-backed deep-tech initiatives.
