Bengaluru-based deep-tech defence and robotics startup Paar Autonomy has raised Rs 10 crore in a funding round led by AdvantEdge Founders. Founded in June 2024 by Vignesh Sivaram Jayaraman, the startup develops AI software and camera systems for drones and unmanned vehicles operating in GPS-denied environments. The company previously secured Rs 3.5 crore in a pre-seed round led by Venture Catalysts. Paar Autonomy plans to use the fresh capital to scale production of its AI-powered camera payloads and develop visual-inertial navigation technology for defence surveillance, border security, and civilian inspection applications.
