The Delhi government has approved the establishment of the Go-Delhi Foundation with an initial corpus of Rs 50 crore to support young innovators, startups, and MSMEs. Chaired by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, the initiative will provide integrated assistance to transform early-stage ideas into commercial products. The foundation plans to offer access to prototyping, product engineering, testing laboratories, technical guidance, mentorship, incubation, and investor networking. With Delhi hosting nearly 21,000 startups recognised by DPIIT, the initiative aims to streamline fragmented resources, foster new enterprise creation, attract capital investment, and drive job creation across the National Capital Territory.
