Indian entertainment technology startup EloElo has raised $80 million in a new funding round led by Hornbill Capital, with participation from NBCUniversal and MIT. The Bengaluru-based company operates interactive streaming, live social entertainment, edutainment, and micro-dramas through Story TV, alongside its Dolphin AI video generation studio. EloElo focuses on converting vernacular user engagement into digital consumer spending across tier-two and tier-three Indian markets. The startup plans to use the capital infusion to enhance its generative AI tools, expand creator partnerships, and scale digital media formats across domestic and global audiences.
