Ericsson Unveils Startup Winners of Innovation Challenge 2026 at IMC

Telecom infrastructure giant Ericsson unveiled the winners of the Ericsson Innovation Challenge during the India Mobile Congress 2026. Organised in partnership with IAN Mentoring and Incubation Services and TiE Delhi NCR, the competition identified startups building impactful 5G and AI solutions across critical sectors. Ahmedabad-based Torchit, founded by Hunny Bhagchandani and Mohit N Chelani, was named among the winning startups for its societal tech innovations. Ericsson India Managing Director Nitin Bansal emphasized that these innovations showcase how domestic networks can support edge intelligence, collaborative robotics, and future 6G connectivity across India.
