Enterprise cloud and AI firm ESDS Software Solution made a strong stock market debut, listing at ₹757 on the NSE, a 76.5% premium over its ₹429 issue price. On the BSE, it listed at ₹746.30, giving the Nashik-based company a market capitalization of ₹8,747.5 crore ($925.6 million). The ₹720 crore public issue, consisting entirely of fresh shares, was subscribed 135.88 times overall. ESDS raised ₹216 crore from anchor investors beforehand and plans to invest ₹576 crore from proceeds into data centre and cloud infrastructure across Airoli, Bengaluru, Mohali, and Nashik.
