ESDS Software Net Profit Surges 41% to ₹31 Crore in Q2

Enterprise cloud and AI company ESDS Software Solution posted a 40.7% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹31.1 crore for Q2 FY27, up from ₹22.1 crore in Q2 FY26. Operating revenue jumped 48% YoY to ₹138.3 crore. EBITDA grew 18.3% to ₹57.8 crore with margins at 41.8%, while profit after tax margins stood at 22.5%. Infrastructure-as-a-Service led revenue contributions at 50.5%, followed by managed services at 31.2% and SaaS at 18.3%. Existing customers accounted for 86.7% of total revenue. ESDS also incurred ₹2.3 crore in IPO-related expenses.
