ESDS Software Shares Surge Over 200% Above IPO Issue Price

Shares of enterprise cloud and AI infrastructure provider ESDS Software Solution hit the 20% upper circuit for the third consecutive session, trading at over three times its initial public offering issue price. The stock reached ₹1,289.55 on the BSE, elevating ESDS’ market capitalisation to ₹15,114.9 crore ($1.6 billion). The company debuted on September 4 at ₹757 on the NSE against its ₹429 issue price. Analysts attribute the sustained rally to ESDS’ $1.25 billion AI infrastructure contract with Australia-based Sharon AI, which is projected to significantly accelerate operating revenue over the next three fiscal years.
