Shares of enterprise cloud and AI firm ESDS Software Solution hit a 10% upper circuit for the fourth straight session on September 9, surging to ₹1,418.50 on the BSE and ₹1,438.85 on the NSE. The stock is now trading 3.3 times above its IPO issue price of ₹429, lifting its market capitalisation to ₹16,626.38 Cr ($1.75 Bn). ESDS debuted on September 4 at ₹757 on the NSE and ₹746.30 on the BSE after its ₹720 Cr public issue was oversubscribed 135.88X, driven by qualified institutional buyers.
