Bengaluru-based digital-first fashion brand Theater has raised ₹56.25 crore (around $6 million) in a Series A funding round led by Niveshaay. FirstPort Capital, Skagen Ventures, Saket Agarwal, Vishal Julka, and IPV International also participated. Regulatory filings show the company issued 2,145 Series A shares to raise the capital. The fundraise values the startup at approximately ₹402 crore ($43 million) post-money, representing a 4.5X increase from its previous valuation. Founded by Sarthak Aggarwal, Karan Jain, Vikram Jain, and Shruti Agarwal, Theater will deploy the proceeds for working capital, business expansion, and strengthening its balance sheet.
