Harish’s father accused Jason Samuel, chief executive of venture studio Zemuria Inc, of targeting him online, leading to Meta disabling Harish’s Instagram account over missing regulatory certifications. Samuel denied the cyberbullying allegations on social platform X, stating he had only raised legitimate concerns regarding Harish’s lack of mandatory SEBI Registered Investment Advisor licenses and misleading claims regarding his AMFI credentials before advising retail investors on financial decisions.
