Fintech Startup Walrus Launches Personalized Debit Cards for Teens

Bengaluru-based neo-banking platform Walrus has launched personalized Signature Prepaid Debit Cards targeted at teenagers and young adults. Issued in partnership with RBL Bank and powered by Mastercard, the card allows teenage users to customize their signature directly on the physical card. The prepaid card can be used for offline retail purchases as well as online transactions across e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Through the companion Walrus mobile app, users can track spending habits and temporarily lock their debit cards when not in use for added security.
